Room had a bedroom in front then walked through a full but small kitchen complete with pots and pans then a nice sized sitting room for about one fifty plus tax. We were on the ground floor and could walk out the back sliding glass doors to the outdoor restaurant and straight to the beach. Just perfect. Very very clean and well maintained. To score a five star rating I'd need a couple of softer pillows and better soundproofing. Just a little noisy but otherwise no complaints.
